We stayed because of the positive reviews for a family-friendly vacation and we were not disappointed! The staff were so kind and attentive. Everyone we spoke to and interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. We were very pleased with the room. The fireplace and sitting area made it so cozy and relaxing. The rock sluice was a fun activity also! We enjoyed the crafts and dance party. Such a nice idea to keep kids occupied! We only experienced two things that detracted from making the stay 5 stars. The parking fee for overnight parking is so unnecessary. Also the water in the waterpark was too cold. We would have loved to stay and splash around with our kids longer but we were all chilled pretty quickly.

The staff here, always amazing. They are friendly and helpful and show genuine care. Rooms are always clean. We like that there is a good assortment of different room all at a single location. No need bus to a different location or go outside to get to the water park. We are repeat customers because of price. They consistently have the best price of all the three major Waterpark chain hotels. They are super kid friendly from babies and toddlers all the way to teens and us adults who feel like kids.

Rooms are clean. Was good that way only thing that really sucked was barely warm water when trying to take a shower. Stayed cold most of the day not sure could of had a bad mixing cartridge. Otherwise the stay itself was good. Lots of things to do. Decent food as well served inside didn't have to leave. Fun activities all day as well. The pool area was good but the first pool with the bball hoops was pry the dirtiest unfortunately. The rest of the areas were good. And decent rides for people of all ages. The staff were great as well no complaints on that.

We recently had a weekend stay at Great Wolf Lodge with our teenage children. The hotel is definitely set up for families with smaller children, but the teenagers were still entertained. We had a nice suite, with plenty of room. Room and bathroom needed a little attention, but it was definitely clean! Staff that we encountered (other than the on site restaurant) were all very kind! We rented a cabana for 1 day at the pool, and that was better than we expected! Definitely worth what we paid for it. The arcade was a little more expensive than what we've experienced at other resorts, but it was very nice to have something for the teenagers to do! We utilized the app for ordering food, which was quite handy! We would not recommend the restaurant, Lodge Wood Fired Grill, and have made a separate review for that. Service was not good, food was not good, price was high. We did quite enjoy the pizza and sweet treats from the other food/snack spots. There is an extra fee for parking, which is expected but I did not see that noted anywhere when we originally booked the reservation. I could have missed it though. We enjoyed our weekend!

This Great Wolf Lodge location is wonderful. The room i stayed in was smaller, having 2 beds and 1 bathroom. The room was well-kept, and the indoor waterpark was decently sized, having lots of high to mid thrill slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river. They also have food in the waterpark. My stay here was wonderful, no bed-bugs or cockroaches, and room-service was quick. They charge basically everything to your room, so payment is made quick and easy. We stayed from January 14 to January 15 of this year. However, I would recommend staying here if you have young children. This is mostly a family resort. Stay at The Wilderness if you want to stay with friends.

This was our third stay at this resort, and it keeps getting better every time! From the moment we arrived, Denise at the front desk made check-in an absolute pleasure. She was warm, welcoming, kind, and genuinely positive. Check-in is the first impression of any stay, and Denise set the tone perfectly - she made us feel excited and confident that we were in for a great experience. Our condo room was fantastic. The remodel is absolutely beautiful, and we were truly impressed with how updated, clean, and well-maintained everything was. You can really see the care and effort being put into improving the property - it shows everywhere you look. Everything throughout our stay was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The improvements are noticeable, and the guest experience clearly comes first here. We truly enjoy staying here! Highly recommend!

We took our almost 2 year old and had a great time! There were a few slides that he was able to go down alone, fun splash areas for small kids and lots of big slides for the parents. The room was a great value, the whole facility was clean and all the staff was so nice and helpful. Many lifeguards so the pool felt very safe. My only complaint is the water park not opening until 10am. There wasn't much to do in the morning with our early riser. Food onsight is expensive so we packed some food and went down the road for supper. Overall, very pleasant first experience! We will be back!

We recently did a family vacation with my kids ages 11-2. We all had a wonderful time. Overall the water park was great, the staff were very kind, and the rooms were clean. To address some recent concerns, I was nervous after reading about cold water and double charges. We did not experience these things. The little baby/toddler area does seem to have to coolest water, but not teeth chattering as others have described. Our family really enjoyed the water. Plus, the air temp is over 80 degrees. The rides variety was great for our age of kids. I could imagine older teens wanting ‘bigger’ slides. Upon checking in, I asked the total cost to make sure no charges would surprise me and everything was as stated in my reservation. Even after checkout, no additional charges have been given. Faruq, who checked us in, us was very helpful. We would go back again!
